Byline: Yasir Mehmood - Email yasirmehmood2@hotmail.com and Shafiq.ur.Rehman ABSTRACT: Pakistan is among fifteen largest producer of Kinnow (mandarin) and oranges in the world, with 2.1 million tons of its production. Due to our traditional marketing system, farmers cannot get adequate price, whereas consumers have to pay much more. Makro cash and carry provides perishable, non-perishable consume able non-consumable items at very reasonable prices to their customers, as compared to our traditional shops/ stores. In present study regression, analysis was undertaken to estimate the impact of socioeconomic and demographic variables on consumer's purchase decision for Kinnow.
